Shipping policy

Every Quoteiac piece is made specifically for you — printed on demand through our US production network the moment you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Nothing is pre-made. When you order, production begins.

Your order is automatically routed to the facility that can produce it fastest, then shipped straight to your door.

How Long Will It Take?

Plan for 2–3 weeks from the time you order to the time it arrives at your door. That’s a comfortable window that accounts for production, quality control, and transit time — and in our experience ordering samples, it’s an honest one. Many orders arrive sooner. If it shows up early, consider it a bonus.

For those who want the breakdown: production typically takes 2–5 business days, and domestic shipping typically adds another 1–2 weeks after your order leaves the facility. We have no control over which facility produces your order or the carrier it ships with — both are assigned automatically based on availability and speed.

We ship to US addresses only. International shipping isn’t available right now.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your shipping label is created — that’s your signal that production is done and your order is on its way.

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately from different production facilities. You’ll get a separate tracking email for each package. If your first package arrives and doesn’t contain everything, don’t worry — the rest is in a separate shipment.

Delivery Dates

We can’t guarantee specific delivery dates. Once a package is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control. Delays happen — especially around holidays. If you’re ordering for a specific occasion, build in extra time.

Your Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before you complete checkout. Because every order is made to order, we can’t redirect packages once they’ve shipped. An address entered incorrectly at checkout is the most common reason an order doesn’t arrive — and it’s the hardest problem for us to fix after the fact.
