Each item is printed with care, just for you, so we generally do not accept returns. However, we're all human and mistakes can happen on our end. If your item is not what you ordered, please contact us. This does not include if it doesn’t fit because you ordered the wrong size.
What it does include is if your order shows you ordered black in a large and we sent green in a small. We'll make it right because that's what family does!

Patience is a virtue, and good things take time! Since we create each product specifically for you, it can take a few days to a few weeks before your order is ready to ship. After that, add the transit time for delivery. We promise it's worth the wait—after all, wisdom isn't rushed!
